Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst in the United States. You will leverage extensive process expertise to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, driving quality and outcomes.

You will own project deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure proper documentation throughout the SDLC. The role emphasizes strong communication, ability to translate business needs into technical specs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and designing customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites beyond ITSM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and integrations.
• Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Prior development/architecture experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Assist with client demos, workshops, and reviews.
• Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles.
• Contribute to projects addressing future concepts and technologies.
• Serve as the single point of contact for sprint work for BA/BPCs on the team.
• Help guide junior team members and manage SDLC ceremonies.
