Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Architect to design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules. You will lead architecture, develop integrations using REST/SOAP, and guide development teams through technical strategy in a federal/state project environment.

The role is onsite in Washington, DC, with 8-hour days, 5 days a week. Interviews are in person. A thorough background check is required and 1099 or W2 contracting options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow CTA and CIS certifications preferred.
• Proven experience architecting ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and implement integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers.
• Monitor performance and optimize scalability of ServiceNow implementations.
• Ensure governance, security, and audit controls are in place.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to team members.
