Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives.
• Develop technical architecture, data models, and integrations.
• Mentor team members on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
