Job summary

HRUCKUS in Washington, DC seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and change management initiatives for DC Government projects. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in enterprise architecture, 6+ years in hands-on ServiceNow

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
9 years of experience in IT Systems Roadmap Development.
9 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
9 years of experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages such as UML.
6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
5 years of experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
5 years of experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
5 years of strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules and components.
ServiceNow CTA and CIS certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.
Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy.
Advises on selection of technological purchases with regard to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.
Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure (SQL, Oracle, Sybase).
Advises feasibility of potential future projects to management.
Solution Architecture: design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives; develop architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows.
Technical Leadership: provide guidance to development teams and mentor on ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements Analysis: gather and translate business requirements into technical specs.
Integration: design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP etc.
Performance Optimization: optimize ServiceNow performance and scalability.
Governance and Compliance: ensure security, governance and auditability.
Documentation and Training: create design docs, diagrams, and configuration guides; provide training.
