Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for the District of Columbia Government.

The role requires deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM, with extensive stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership. You will architect end-to-end solutions, develop data models, and implement integrations using REST/SOAP while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• CTA and CIS certifications preferred.
• Proven experience architecting complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• 1. Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• 2. Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor on ServiceNow capabilities.
• 3. Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• 4. Develop ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML and CSS; configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and catalog items.
• 5. Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers; ensure data integrity and security.
• 6. Identify opportunities to optimize performance and scalability; monitor system performance.
• 7. Ensure governance, compliance and security standards; implement controls and audit mechanisms.
• 8. Create technical documentation and provide training to team members and end-users.
