Responsibilities

Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a ServiceNow Architect on behalf of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO). The ServiceNow Architect will apply deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to architect solutions that meet the IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and change management needs of IT projects across the District. This role leads the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that follow ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise architecture experience, hands-on expertise across core ServiceNow modules, and the ability to provide high‑level architectural guidance to managers and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements, including the technical architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows that support business processes.
  
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies, and mentor team members on ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation strategies.
