Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Florida is seeking a Senior Technical Lead / Architect to drive ITSM, CMDB, and integration initiatives within ServiceNow. The role requires hands-on skills across cloud fundamentals, server/network/storage, and robust testing practices.

You will design repeatable deployment processes, manage MID servers, and collaborate with application teams to build Service Map and reporting capabilities. The position offers competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and follow development best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and adapt to changes.
• Ensure code quality and provide required documentation.
• Support UAT and provide user training as needed.
• Configure and maintain MID servers and credentials.
• Manage Discovery schedules and troubleshoot with owners.
• Implement cloud and tag-based discovery.
• Collaborate with application teams to build Service Maps.
• Develop IRE rules, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Probes.
• Maintain event management integrations and configuration.
• Tune Event Rules, Field Mappings, Alerts, and Flows.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories) Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines for development

• Proficient in configure & maintain credentials and working with command line console
• Ability and knowledge in Discovery Schedules & troubleshoot with device owners
• Knowledge to implement Cloud & Tag based discovery
• Ability to communicate & gather requirements from application teams to build Service Map
• Customize/Develop IRE rules, Script Includes, Business Rule, Schedule Jobs, Patterns, Probes & Sensors
• Maintains event management integrations and application
• Proficient in configure/modify Event Rule, Field Mapping, Alert Management rule & flows (Flow Designer)
• Ability to configure de-duplication & correlation ru le
• Configure and customize Report & Dashboard
• Co-ordinate with Infrastructure/Application team for requirement and trouble shooting

Salary Range

$100,000-$150,000 a year
