Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives. You will design architectures, define integration patterns, data and security models, and guide solution design through reviews.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM modules (HRSD, SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and strong architectural leadership to drive scalable, secure solutions aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Define solution architecture, integration architecture, data models, security models, and application design.
• Develop architecture blueprints and solution design documents and lead design reviews.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with ServiceNow platform best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure project success.
• Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and offer improvement recommendations.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT department needs.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM (HRSD/SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ITSM HRSD, SPO modules and scoped applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers to ensure project success.
• Review solution designs and code changes for platform standards compliance.
• Participate in architectural decisions to ensure consistency across implementations.
• Assess and evaluate existing ServiceNow implementations, offering improvements.
• Develop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy IT business needs.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow development and architecture standards.
• Demonstrate extensive admin/implementation experience across ITSM, HRSD, SPO, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvement.


• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.


• Possess extensive hands-on experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM (including HRSD and SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped application solutions.


• Have experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.


• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.


• Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.


• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Salary Range-$120,000-$160,000 a year
