Job summary

Nexzentek is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This fully remote role requires hands-on development and AI integration across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows.

You will implement Now Assist capabilities, build AI Agents, and integrate external LLM services via REST APIs, ensuring governance, security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with hands-on ServiceNow AI integration.
• Experience designing and deploying AI on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of governance, privacy, and security for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities and generative AI use cases.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow AI Agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflows.
• Build conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and NLP.
• Develop AI-driven automation for incident summarization, ticket classification, knowledge generation, and intelligent routing.
• Integrate external LLM services via REST APIs and approved enterprise integration patterns.
• Work with ServiceNow AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI Controller where applicable.
• Implement secure AI integrations with data access controls, privacy, auditability and governance.
• Evaluate AI output quality, latency, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
