Infobeans is seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and GenAI. You will configure use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM, and build AI-driven workflows with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

You will optimize GenAI prompts, ensure secure data handling, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable AI opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow and enterprise AI integrations.

• Experience designing AI-powered ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
• Configure Now Assist use cases and ensure secure, upgrade-safe implementations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external AI/LLM services.

• Configure and optimize GenAI skills, prompts, summarization, classification, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
• Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with enterprise applications and external AI/LLM services.
• Work with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to identify suitable AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Perform development, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and upgrade-safe implementation principles.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.

Good understanding of data security, access controls, privacy, and responsible AI implementation.
  ServiceNow CSA certification. One or more CIS certifications. ServiceNet CAD certification. Experience with Now Assist / GenAI certifications or training. Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms. Experience with AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise automation.
