Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator / Automation Analyst to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform with AI-enabled automation and self-service improvements. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical workflows, catalog items, portals, and integrations, driving continual platform optimization.

Successful candidates will apply ITSM knowledge, Flow Designer proficiency, and strong communication to deliver reliable solutions and coordinate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, or platform support.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service and automation capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI or AI-assisted workflows in IT services.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Experience building Service Catalog items and service workflows.
• Knowledge of Employee Center and Service Portal customization, incl. UI components.
• Understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform and ITSM functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into workflows and UAT.
• Design, test, and implement AI-enabled service improvements and automation.
• Develop catalog items, service requests, and portal enhancements.
• Support releases, upgrades, and deployments; maintain documentation.
