Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice in the Advisory division. You will guide ServiceNow implementations, lead client workshops, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver ITSM, ITOM and IRM solutions.

You will design, customize, and optimize ServiceNow workflows, provide governance on development standards, and present progress reports to stakeholders. Travel as needed and align with KPMG's values and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Ability to customize workflows, business rules and UI scripts in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engagement workstreams across ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams on agile deliverables and stakeholder reporting.
• Evaluate platform performance and recommend solutions.
