KPMG LLP in the U.S. Advisory practice seeks a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to guide ITSM/ITOM/IRM implementations, lead client workshops, and coordinate delivery across on-site and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of managing large enterprise systems with focus on ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/IRM.
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent work experience.
• Completed at least one full ServiceNow implementation and CSA certification; CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and expertise for ServiceNow implementations by leading planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM or IRM.
• Lead client workshops to present leading practices for ITSM, ITOM or IRM and translate complex needs into requirements.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables during project execution.
• Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug problems, and recommend resolutions.
• Provide development standards and review content from extended teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress to stakeholders and advise on decision-making.
