Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States is seeking a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Advisory consulting practice. You will guide ServiceNow implementations, lead workshops, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across ITSM, ITOM and IRM.

You will mentor on-shore and off-shore teams, evaluate platform performance, and contribute to decision-making with stakeholders while upholding professional standards. Travel is required as needed and US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large, enterprise systems with direct ServiceNow platform ownership (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of relevant work experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and one of CIS - ITSM/Discovery/Event Management/Service Mapping/Risk & Compliance/Third Party Risk Management/Vulnerability Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for ServiceNow implementations by leading planning and execution of ITSM/ITOM/IRM workstreams.
• Lead client workshops to present leading practices and translate needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project components.
• Evaluate platform performance, debug issues, and recommend resolutions.
• Ensure development standards are applied to content from extended teams.
