Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across a large healthcare organization.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to implement ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog modules, build workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure HIPAA/compliance through robust governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience configuring, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog
• Strong ServiceNow administration and workflow development skills
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, roles, groups, and permissions
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITSM, and SPM
• Partner with technical teams to integrate ServiceNow with HRIS and financial platforms
• Develop, test, and implement workflows and automation
• Monitor platform performance and ensure reliability and security
• Support HIPAA/HITECH regulatory requirements and auditability
• Provide training and documentation for users and IT staff
