The ServiceNow (SNOW) Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements. The administrator supports users, manages platform configurations, troubleshoots issues, assists with upgrades and releases, and works with stakeholders to implement enhancements and improve ServiceNow processes.

- Experience administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and functionality.
- Experience managing users, groups, roles, and access controls.
- Experience configuring forms, tables, fields, views, notifications, and workflows.
- Knowledge of Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, and relationships.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, update sets, and deployments.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB concepts and configuration management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
- ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and maintain forms, tables, fields, views, workflows, and platform components.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management processes.
- Configure Service Catalog items, approval workflows, notifications, and automation.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Monitor platform health, system logs, scheduled jobs, integrations, and performance.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow incidents, access issues, configuration problems, and workflow failures.
- Support CMDB administration and maintain configuration item data quality.
- Support integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Manage update sets and configuration deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, and release activities.
- Perform testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve platform efficiency.
- Ensure ServiceNow configurations follow organizational standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.
