Job summary

Empath Health seeks a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform across IT, clinical, and business teams. You will configure modules, automate workflows, and support integrations with HRIS and financial systems to improve service delivery and compliance.

The role emphasizes ITIL/ITSM best practices, platform reliability, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and Service Catalog modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, workflow development, and ITSM best practices.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies used for ServiceNow customization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform—users, roles, groups, permissions, and configuration.
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Develop, test, and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts.
• Partner with teams to integrate ServiceNow with HRIS and financial systems for data exchange and automation.
• Monitor platform performance, apply upgrades/patches, troubleshoot issues, ensure reliability and availability.
• Provide training and documentation, ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance in workflows and data handling.
