Job summary

Resource Consultings Services Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II in Spring, TX.

This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite) focuses on administering, maintaining, and architecting the ServiceNow platform to support new app rollouts and improve productivity. The candidate will own platform architecture, collaborate with business lines, and ensure best practices across incident, change, problem, asset, and catalog services.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant technology exp, including 2+ years Agile and/or ITIL exp and 3+ years ServiceNow application exp.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components: Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management.
Exceptional workflow design and implementation knowledge.
Background integrating enterprise software systems with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of web services integration (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS).
Intermediate JavaScript ability, including jQuery, Bootstrap, and/or AngularJS.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration/related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Own architecture and implementation of platforms within ServiceNow.
Partner with lines of business to deliver solutions while maintaining platform integrity and best practices.
Propose effective processes and solutions to increase and enhance productivity.
Recommend improvements to technical and functional designs where appropriate.
Provide guidance to the ServiceNow team as needed.
Manage multiple dataset updates and coordinate promotion across multiple instances.
