Procom, on behalf of a Banking client, seeks a ServiceNow Administrator II for a full-time perm role in the North West Houston area. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite per week to collaborate with the team and support the ServiceNow platform.

This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's location in the North West Houston area.ServiceNow Administrator 2 - Job Description:Join a diverse and inclusive team at a leading employee-owned bank in the nation. The ServiceNow Administrator II will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring effective processes and solutions are implemented to enhance productivity and facilitate the rollout of new applications.ServiceNow Administrator 2 - Responsibilities:• Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.• Responsible for the architecture of the ServiceNow platform.• Work with LOB to provide solutions while retaining the integrity of the platform by following best practices.• Propose effective processes and solutions to increase and enhance productivity.• Recommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriate.ServiceNow Administrator 2 - Mandatory Skills:• Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.• Intermediate understanding of various network systems and ServiceNow alignment.• Strong organizational and project management skills.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.• Strong knowledge of Agile and ITIL development technologies and tools.• Solid background in integration of enterprise software systems with ServiceNow.• Exceptional working knowledge of ServiceNow components and workflow design.ServiceNow Administrator 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Strong knowledge of Web services integration (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and CSIS).• Intermediate ability in JavaScript, including usage of jQuery, Bootstrap, and/or AngularJS frameworks.• Technology certifications in appropriate disciplines.• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.ServiceNow Administrator 2 – Assignment Length:This is a fulltime perm direct hire position.ServiceNow Administrator 2 - Start Date:ASAP.ServiceNow Administrator 2 - Assignment Location:North West Houston, TX area- Hybrid 3 days a week onsite.
