Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a ServiceNow Engineer for a full-time contract (9 months) with locations including Charlotte, NC; Los Colinos, TX; and Chandler, AZ. Three days onsite.

You will administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, manage access, resolve Level 3 incidents, and design automation using the Request Catalog. Required qualifications include CSA and CAD certifications, strong ServiceNow JavaScript development, REST API experience, and hands-on management of users, groups, roles,

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong ServiceNow JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles, and instance configuration.
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries.
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow code.
• Experience managing stories in Jira.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user access, groups, roles, and permissions.
• Resolve Level 3 ServiceNow incidents.
• Design and implement automation for access and group management through the ServiceNow Request Catalog.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Ensure platform compliance, performance, and best practices.
