Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II to administer, configure, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform across Dev, Test, and Prod environments. You will balance light development with governance to align with best practices and security standards.

The role supports ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Asset Management modules and requires CSA and 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, plus ITIL/Agile exposure. This is a full-time on-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• 5 years of ServiceNow administration and/or development experience.
• 2 years experience working in ITIL and/or Agile environments.
• Experience supporting multi-module implementations (ITSM, CMDB, integrations).

Responsibilities

• Administer configuration across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
• Support platform architecture and ensure alignment with standards.
• Deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions while reducing technical debt.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and releases including testing and validation.
• Perform instance cloning and manage environment strategy.
