Aramsco is seeking a Service Writer to deliver outstanding customer service, document equipment issues, and manage repair orders. You will schedule and coordinate shop workflow, ensure accurate parts Inventory, and maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

This role supports efficient service operations across our North American locations. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; experience in a service or repair environment

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous service/repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide helpful service.
• Accurately assess and document equipment issues for cleaning, restoration, and surface prep gear.
• Create clear, complete work orders for repairs and maintenance.
• Proactively contact customers to review service needs and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate shop operations, including workflow and paperwork.
• Monitor and meet department quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure parts are stocked accurately.
• Deliver parts to local vendors as needed.
• Keep the work area organized, clean, and professional.
• Follow company policies and safety standards; perform overtime as needed.
