Saia Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate repairs and schedule work for shop and field service personnel. You will facilitate work orders, monitor progress, and minimize downtime through proactive scheduling and clear communication with customers.

Responsabilités

• Schedules repairs and coordinates work for shop and field service personnel.
• Facilitates timely processing of work orders and maintains efficient workflow.
• Communicates with customers to clarify service needs and provides accurate estimates.
• Tracks and monitors service progress to ensure efficiency.
• Prepares and maintains detailed records of service activities.
• Monitors driver vehicle inspection reports and schedules necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinates with internal shops and outside vendors to schedule, approve, and expedite repairs.
• Runs daily and weekly preventative maintenance reports, scheduling routine maintenance to maintain equipment readiness.
