Aramsco is seeking a Service Writer to support our service department by managing repair orders, scheduling work, and ensuring efficient shop operations. This role emphasizes accurate documentation, clear communication with customers and team members, and maintaining department quality and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, be highly organized, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and able to lift 50+ lbs as needed.

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Accurately assess and document equipment issues for commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface preparation equipment.
• Create clear and complete work orders for all repairs and maintenance.
• Proactively contact customers to review service needs and schedule appointments to maintain a full, efficient workflow.
• Coordinate shop operations, including workflow, communication, employee efficiency, and paperwork.
• Monitor and meet department quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure parts are stocked accurately.
