Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and acts as liaison between service and customer.
• Opens and documents work orders, gathers symptoms, obtains approvals, and enters data into the service system.
• Develops estimates with parts quotes and labor times; communicates estimates to the service manager for review.
