Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a Service Writer role or service/parts department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural/construction equipment is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
• Customer-facing with a professional demeanor.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders.
• Review repair orders for accuracy.
• Process parts, invoices, and labor invoices for accounting.
• Assist in scheduling service work.
• Keep the service manager updated on all orders.
• Assist with warranties.
• Liaise between parts and service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and service.
