Briggs Industrial Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and service technicians. You will help keep the service organization on track, manage orders, quotes, and records, and deliver professional updates that keep customers informed and confident in the process.

The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical school or college education preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role, with knowledge of service orders, invoicing, purchase orders, or related processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping customers and teammates informed.

Responsabilidades

• Keep service moving by scheduling and dispatching technicians, monitoring repair progress, and communicating updates to customers to ensure timely, quality service.
• Manage service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, maintenance agreements, and accurate service records.
• Coordinate with service leadership to track technician productivity, support performance improvements, and uphold safety and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships across Service, Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to solve problems and deliver a great customer experience.
