Briggs Industrial Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in Houston. You will connect customers with service technicians, keep repairs on track, and ensure clear communication throughout operations. The role thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization and responsiveness matter.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years in related roles and experience with service orders, invoicing, and PO processes are a plus. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or college education is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with service orders, invoicing, and purchase orders is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed of updates and timelines.
• Manage service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements with accuracy.
• Collaborate with service leadership and technicians to improve productivity and ensure safe, timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to maintain smooth operations and a seamless service experience.
