Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day service operations, assign technicians, and ensure adherence to company standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills, with opportunities to work with internal partners and manage service orders from initiation to invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor technicians for service calls and communicate updates to customers.
• Track technician productivity and service order progress weekly and monthly.
• Verify service details and order parts needed for repairs.
• Collaborate with sales, rental, and parts teams to ensure alignment across departments.
