The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service or operations, strong MS Office and systems skills, and a proactive mindset focused on helping customers and teammates succeed.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical school or college education is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role, preferably 5+ years.
• Experience with service orders, invoicing, and purchase orders is a plus.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, with a detail‑oriented mindset and a sense of urgency.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians, monitor repair progress, and inform customers of updates.
• Manage service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements.
• Partner with service leadership and technicians to improve productivity and safety; ensure timely work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to keep operations moving and deliver a seamless service experience.
