Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical school or college education preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role, with knowledge of service orders, invoicing, purchase orders, or related processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping customers and teammates informed.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, a sharp eye for detail, and a dependable, team-first attitude that helps everyone succeed.

Responsibilities

• Keep service moving by scheduling and dispatching technicians, monitoring repair progress, and communicating updates to customers to ensure timely, quality service.
• Support smooth daily operations by managing service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, maintenance agreements, and accurate service records.
• Partner with service leadership to track technician productivity, support performance improvements, coordinate service vehicle maintenance, and uphold safety and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships across Service, Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to solve problems, identify opportunities, and deliver a great customer experience.
