Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Service Writer/Dispatcher (CSA) for on-site work in Houston, TX. You will serve as the connection between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules, tracking repairs, and ensuring timely, accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role, preferably 5+ years.
• Experience with service orders, invoicing, and purchase orders is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and next steps.
• Manage service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with service leadership and technicians to improve productivity, resolve challenges, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Work closely with Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to keep operations moving, support customer needs, and deliver a seamless service experience.
