Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC (employee-owned) is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to connect customers with technicians and coordinate service calls. You will track work orders, schedules, and invoicing while keeping customers informed and ensuring timely service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service or operations, with strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required; technical schooling is preferred, and experience with invoicing is a plus.

• 5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.
• Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.
• Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly.
