FleetPride in Londonderry, NH is seeking a Service Writer to join our team. You’ll act as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and the shop, handling estimates, scheduling, and repair updates with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, are highly organized, and comfortable using computer systems. Prior automotive or parts experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person who shows dedication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Previous automotive, transportation, parts, or service experience is a plus, but not required.
• We are willing to train the right person!
• Ability to occasionally lift or move parts weighing 60+ lbs.
