In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers. Greeting them, listening to their concerns, and translating their needs into clear work orders for the shop. You’ll create accurate estimates, schedule repairs, assign tasks to technicians, and keep customers updated on progress, costs, and timelines.
The Service Writer plays a vital role in maintaining organization, communication, and trust between the shop and our clients. You’ll help manage the daily workflow, assist in parts procurement, and ensure that every repair is handled efficiently and professionally. Requirements
