Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire work order cycle from generation through closing and invoicing.
• Sells service labor and parts ensuring technicians are productive to meet budgets.
• Collaborates with Service Manager on process improvements.
• Enforces service department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedules and assigns jobs according to staff skills.
• Reviews work orders for accuracy prior to billing.
• Ensures warranty and product improvement programs are completed on time.
• Maintains department tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
• Coaches and develops employees and fosters teamwork.
