You will require 1+ years in service operations, strong communication, leadership, and familiarity with John Deere products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Service Department operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
• Proven ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Understand financial principles related to service operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the entire work order cycle from generation to invoicing.
• Sells service labor and parts to meet budgets and goals.
• Works with Service Manager on process improvements.
• Communicates and enforces service department processes.
• Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to staff.
• Reviews work orders for accuracy before billing.
• Ensures warranty and product improvement programs are completed on time.
• Keeps departmental tools and vehicles in good order.
• Coaches and develops employees; supports growth.
• Pursues company-sponsored training to expand knowledge.
• Maintains positive relationships and teamwork with peers.
• Upholds the company's reputation and core values.
