Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician I to support our property management team across our single-family homes. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems while delivering outstanding service to residents.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call, weekends, and evenings. The ideal candidate has basic repair experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License in the working state.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in general service or other service responsibilities.
• Available for on-call service work.
• Available to work both weekends and evenings.
• Prior experience in single-family or multi-family rental industry preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair service requests in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Provide safe, reliable, and courteous service to residents.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory per company policy.
• Follow safety, OSHA, EPA, and company procedures during all tasks.
• Document work performed and communicate status to residents and team.
