Job summary

Progress Residential LP is seeking a Service Technician I in Nashville, TN to troubleshoot and repair residential properties, ensuring excellent customer service and cost control. You will work on the Property Management team to perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more while complying with safety regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift equipment and parts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License in the working state.
• Minimum 1 year in general service or other service responsibilities.
• Must have own basic tools to perform ongoing residential service.

Responsibilities

• Assess service requests and determine appropriate repair steps.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Progress Residential standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on properties.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle/workspace and comply with safety regulations.
