Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring our properties meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks, and routine upkeep of grounds and amenities while coordinating with vendors and adhering to safety procedures.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and understand work orders and safety procedures.
• Demonstrates basic mechanical skills and aptitude for repairs and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and apply safety standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with painting and cleaning as needed.
• Inspect and report safety issues and ensure compliance with policies and codes.
• Attend safety meetings and document activities for supervisor review.
