Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking an automotive service technician to join our team onsite in Eugene, Oregon. We value skill, teamwork, and a sense of humor as we keep customers moving and vehicles performing at their best.

We offer competitive flat-rate pay ($24–$33/hr) based on experience, plus paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. All levels welcome—from trainees to seasoned pros—and ASE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician level welcomed (apprentice to master).
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience preferred.
• Diagnostic capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document repair procedures and recommendations.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.

This position is onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.
