Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles onsite. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires diagnostic skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram brands.

The position offers a competitive pay range with a generous production bonus, regular hours, and opportunities for growth within Lithia Motors.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician position at any level; apprentice to master.
• ASE certifications preferred where possible.
• Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram experience is a big plus.
• Diagnostic skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues for reliability and safety.

Service Technician

Pay: $25-$35 flat rate with generous production bonus!

Schedule: To be discussed at interview. Department Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice, or master. We consider candidates who have professional experience or are trade school trained.
• We prefer ASE certifications.
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a big plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Total Rewards

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The pay range of this role is $25 to $35 flat rate. This is a production-driven position.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
