Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eugene/ Lithia Motors is expanding its top-tier sales team in Eugene, OR. As a Sales Representative you will help customers through their vehicle purchase, using our extensive inventory of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram vehicles, with opportunities for growth and a strong incentive structure.

You will work onsite in Eugene, report to the Sales Manager, and engage in a commission-based pay plan with bonus incentives, including evenings and weekends as part of the

• Experience in car sales or direct sales is preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and listening skills.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, financing options and store policies to customers.

Sales Representative

Pay: Commission pay plan with bonus incentives

Schedule: May include some evenings and weekends

Department Hours: 9 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Sales Representative you will consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.


• Ensure proper follow up and maintain friendly relationships with previous and prospective customers.


• Track customers using store specific management system/s.


• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer a candidate with car sales experience, but we may consider one with relative experience.


• Must be customer-focused and committed to providing top tier customer service


• Adept to handle high-volume sales

• Easily navigate dealership and new vehicle technologies


• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
