You will diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer specs, road-test completed work, document results, and maintain ASE certifications while keeping the shop safe, organized, and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with advanced diagnostic and repair expertise.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs according to repair orders, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, determine causes, and complete repairs safely.
• Road-test vehicles and verify repair quality before returning them to customers.
• Document repair procedures, test results, and labor time using company systems.
• Maintain and provide a complete set of required technician tools and stay compliant with safety policies.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including daily stall cleaning.
• Communicate with dealership staff and report safety or operational concerns to management.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle repairs according to repair orders, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.

• Document repair procedures, test results, and labor time using company systems.
• Maintain and provide a complete set of required technician tools, while returning dealership special tools.
• Use shop supplies and materials responsibly and cost-effectively.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including daily stall cleaning.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in the same condition as received.
• Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Communicate with dealership staff and promptly report any safety, security, or operational concerns to management.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience with advanced diagnostic and repair expertise.
• Automotive repair experience (level dependent)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ASE or manufacturer certifications
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
