Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Shelton, WA to protect homes and families while delivering exceptional service. You’ll work from a company vehicle, perform inspections and treatments, and maintain a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

You’ll earn $22-$25 per hour plus incentives and commissions on new accounts, with paid time off and benefits. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a pesticide license (training provided).

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
• Year round work
