Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions Northwest is seeking a Pest Control Technician for a seasonal role that ends in late September. You’ll be the face of the company, protecting homes with outstanding service and working from a fully equipped company vehicle, guided by industry leaders.

The role offers pay of $16–$17 per hour plus incentives, bonuses, and commissions on new accounts, mosquito stops, and customer tips. Schedule is day shift, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Pay:$16-$17 per hour + incentives & bonuses + commission on new accounts

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the nextcheck after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop
