Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families. You will deliver pest control services with a proactive mindset, maintain a winning attitude, and be the face of the company on customer routes.

You can earn commission on new accounts, with a company vehicle provided and coaching from industry leaders to support your growth. The role emphasizes work-life balance and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services with a proactive mindset to protect homes and families.
• Be the face of the company, delivering outstanding pest control and excellent customer service.
• Earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.
• Utilize a company vehicle, receive coaching from industry leaders, and contribute to the team’s success.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.

• Rotating Saturday's
