Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Shelton, US to deliver outstanding pest control services with a proactive mindset. You’ll be the face of the company, building trust with customers while maintaining a positive attitude on the route.

Role includes opportunities to earn commissions on new accounts, use a fully equipped company vehicle, and receive training from industry leaders for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training & testing fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services with a winning attitude and proactive mindset.
• Represent Insight Pest Solutions as the face of the company to customers.
• Earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along route.
• Utilize company vehicle, tools, and coaching to deliver high-quality service.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
• Year round work
