Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions Northwest is hiring a Pest Control Technician who will be the face of our company, protecting homes and families with professional service. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission on new accounts along your route, in addition to incentives and bonuses.

We provide a fully equipped company vehicle, thorough training, and coaching from industry leaders to help you succeed. Schedule is day shifts, Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to customers' homes.
• Maintain a positive attitude and proactive mindset while on route.
• Promote services to new and existing customers to grow accounts.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop
