Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in Santa Fe, NM. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering outstanding pest control services from a fully equipped company vehicle, with incentives and commissions on new accounts.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays, earn $18–$20 per hour plus bonuses, and have opportunities for advancement in a supportive team culture. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services from a company vehicle.
• Maintain a winning attitude and proactive mindset on the route.
• Earn commission on new and existing accounts.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics
• Pass a drug screen
• Obtain a local Pesticide License(we cover training & testing fees)

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
